
Guided Meditation
The benefits of a consistent meditation practice are well known and widely recognized in scientific literature. Among them are its ability create structural changes to the brain in as little as 8 weeks, having a profound effect on everything from anxiety to emotional regulation to chronic pain, and so much more.
Whether you are new to meditation or have been sitting for years, guided meditation provides a deliberate framework for your session, guiding your mind gently into a deep state of relaxation, often leading to new insights. It can be especially helpful for those who have a difficult time with traditional breath-focused meditations, or those that find it challenging to clear their mind.
During a guided meditation session, I will take you on a personalized, inner journey, designed to create in you a deep sense of peace and relaxation. These sessions are one-on-one and the sounds and imagery are curated specifically for you.
After completing my contact form, you will be sent a brief questionnaire so that I have the information needed to provide you with the most rewarding experience.
Sessions are held at my studio located in Durham, NC. I am also available for outcall sessions in Durham, Raleigh, Cary, NC and surrounding areas.
