I’m a certified traditional Usui Shiki Ryōhō Reiki Master Teacher, sound healer, Rapé facilitator, artist, and lifelong seeker of truth, wisdom, and deeper connection. My mission is to support personal transformation through Reiki and spiritual practice, helping to heal emotional and physical wounds while harmonizing and balancing energy that keeps you from living as your truest self. I offer personalized one-on-one Reiki & Sound Healing sessions, as well as some alternative options, to nurture those here in Durham, NC and surrounding areas.

I am passionate about guiding others through periods of stagnation and feel honored to witness the profound shifts that this work can awaken. My practice is grounded in fostering a deeper connection to Self, Spirit, and the interconnected web of all living beings.
