  • I visited Megan yesterday following an extended period of overtraining and stubborn, generalized discomfort stemming mostly from an old running injury. I was immediately relaxed by her serene demeanor and by the Reiki space with its gentle, mostly natural light and soothing music. During the session, I felt tension dramatically lessen in various parts of my body, and there was a building impression of balance or symmetry which was comforting. Throughout the rest of the afternoon, I enjoyed an unusual amount of energy for the second half of the day, and I was more creative and motivated in the evening – less distractible, with improved concentration.
